Das Grundkonzept des Projektes wie Lehmbau, natürliche Materialien und eine Mietküche im Dachgeschoss als öffentlicher Ort im Quartier haben sieben „zusammenwohnenmöchtende“ Freunden geholfen eine Baurechtsparzelle im Lysbüchel Areal von der Stiftung Habitat zu erwerben.
