A farm house is extended with two new rooms. The volume takes over the gabarit from the existing home, is cut to length and mirrored diagonally around the existing tree. A new access is created in the open corner.
The wooden roof shields stretch from gable to gable, leaving the spaces free and opening the facade to the surrounding fields. A light skin of perforated corrugated sheets is draped over the volume, gives depth to the views and abstracts the shape.
