Updated scheme of Depot Hard.
Two high-rise buildings on a 5-storey base form an ensemble together with the Swisscom-Tower and the Escher Terrassen marking the beginning of the Zurich West quarter. The ground floor level accommodates the tram depot, above which townhouses line the longitudinal side of the complex. They can be accessed via a semi-public square level. 221 apartments will be constructed in the base section and the approximately 70 m high towers. The 1.5 to 6.5-room apartments offer different typologies such as townhouses, single-floor apartments and units for communal forms of living.
