Winning competition entry for the refurbishment of a building at Passatge Sant Bernat in Barcelona.
It was proposed to demolish the building and keep only a single facade. Our proposal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the building and strengthening its values. A new structural order is combined with the existing structure to give the best response to the new spaces and topological needs of the New School of Music of Raval neighbourhood.
