The building is located outside the town center of Hedingen, replacing a former single-family house at a street intersection with a multi-generational residence comprising six apartments. In its volumetric design, the building incorporates the divergent alignments of streets and plot boundaries, expanding the corner situation with a setback to the south. The apartments unfold from the centrally located staircase into the corners of the building, where the living and dining areas are situated. Das im Jahr 1998 erbaute Gebäude der Raiffeisenbank in Gossau-Niederwil befindet sich an prominenter Lage im Dorfkern. Ihrer starken Präsenz nach aussen wird die Filiale im Inneren nicht mehr gerecht. Im Zuge einer Gesamterneuerung sollen bauliche und organisatorische Defizite behoben werden. Zudem wird die Filiale neu zu einer zeitgemässen Beraterbank, die sich durch ein flexibles Schalterkonzept mit Schwerpunkt auf persönlicher Beratung und einem hohen Selbstbedienungsgrad auszeichnet.
