This project consists on the refurbishment of a small 107-sqm private residence in Prosperidad, Madrid, Spain. The densely-packed program and the limited access to natural light, resulted in a series of design solutions focused around the concepts of the enfilade, the deep threshold and the expanded inhabitable wall. The plot is located within a complex urban context, a meeting place for disparate morphologies and building heights.
