The greatest point of success in this project comes from a political decision: to group all the offices that belong to the Pamplona Region Municipal Association in the heart of the city. The project to refurbish the Casa de la Cultura in Boadilla del Monte for its use as a new municipal library and theater is based on a 1980s building that originally hosted two somewhat confusingly mixed functions. The new design envisions the building as a public-oriented space, leveraging the urban, programmatic, and material aspects of the original structure.
