New Apartmentbuilding Areal Sandfelsen

All apartments share the search for clear and well-defined rooms that distinguish their typology from the usual pablum. The economical partitioning structure creates a spatial opulence that manifests itself in a generousness common to all the apartments. Surprising indoors perspectives, ample sucessions of rooms and vast views rather than narrow corridors are offered to the residents. The contest’s surface presettings are respected to a large extent none the less. The varying orientation of the two buildings’ structure is deflected from the landscape and is to be understood in the context of the urban development.
