The development comprises a two-storey villa of around 150 m², built adjacent to the existing family home dating from the late 1990s. It consists of a large unitary gable roof housing different volumes based on a square grid. Condominium apartments . Nyon

The plot of land for this project, located on the shores of Lake Geneva in Nyon, is the result of property lines that were redrawn around a 20th-century manor house. The magnificent trees and view of Lake Geneva inspired the site plan, which was imagined together with the office of Bonnard + Woeffray. The three buildings glide between the trees and around the free spaces, clearings in the making. The complex is home to 49 new condominium apartments. Continue reading Lacroix Chessex

Vertical extension on Avenue Wendt . Geneva

This two-floor vertical extension project on Avenue Wendt is located next to a pair of neighboring buildings that also recently added on floors. From a volume perspective, this facilitated the extension’s integration and acceptance. House in La Capite . Vésenaz

This project is located in Vésenaz at Route de la Capite 159. The strip-shaped plot is typical of parcels in the area, and covers a surface of 464 m2 (60 m long and 8 m wide). Facing south-east / north-west and featuring a steep slope (8m), the plot provides the house – located on the highest point – with clear views on the lake and the Jura from its front garden.
