Argumosa 41 faces the challenge of revitalizing a historic building worn by time and fragmented interventions, transforming it into an active node within the Eje Embajadores—a key cultural corridor in southern central Madrid. El edificio de los Nuevos Ministerios, situado en los terrenos del antiguo Hipódromo de Madrid, fue diseñado por el arquitecto Secundino Zuazo Ugalde junto con el ingeniero Eduardo Torroja Miret en torno a 1930, para albergar los Ministerios de Gobernación, Obras Públicas y Agricultura.
