Tushino residential quarters . Moscow
Steven Holl Architects, in collaboration with Art-group “Kamen”, has won the international design competition for the residential quarters of the Tushino district in Moscow, besting Fuksas Architecture, Zaha Hadid Architects, Mad Global, and Tsimalo, Lyashenko & Partners.
