A large outdoors public place that becomes the green lung of the city, connecting it with the Sa Faixina Park, Paseo Mallorca and the Sa Falca Verda park, and creating a new outlook over the sea and harbour activity, complementing it with a Maritim Museum and a new Lonja, places where one can meet local culture and gastronomy, and its strong ties with the Mediterranean.
