Residential and Care Centre “Le Tilleul” . Lausanne

The new Residential and Care Centre “Le Tilleul” (“The lime tree” in French) is located on a sloped triangular plot in the middle of a heterogeneous cluster of individual houses in Lausanne. To minimize its volumetric impact, the project adopts the shape of a three-armed star, creating a multi-faceted volume that generate three outdoor spaces:
– The entrance square, which reflects the institutional character of the building
