The search for large and open spaces, the commitment to flexibility in the distribution of the program and the desire to design a relaxed atmosphere and a clean style are some of the characteristics that define this project. The main strategy focuses on differentiating the nighttime uses from the daytime uses. The more private programs are moved to the interior of the floor in order to bring the public programs closer to the street.
