The design understands architecture as a complex, identity-forming structure that unites diverse uses and generations within a shared space.

The building operates like a dense, heterogeneous city, combining individual freedom with collective belonging and creating a coherent, vibrant interior within a clearly defined envelope. The decision for a large, multifunctional building proves robust, as its internal complexity generates stability and adaptability. A high degree of interconnection enables continuous evolution, allowing the building to function as a dynamic system. The compact volume occupies its elevated site as a distinct reference point with multiple visual relationships, while its square footprint lends both neutrality and presence. Triangular openings articulate the façade, modulate the volume, and mediate between different scales. Inside, a system of concentric zones organizes functions with clarity and flexibility.

Spatial layering and diagonal relationships produce a pronounced sense of transparency and significant spatial depth.
