Completion of Frame, a landmark project that embodies both the integration into a complex and ever-evolving urban environment and the response to demanding programmatic and technical requirements.
Bringing together activities in new technologies, communication research, and media, the building acts as a powerful urban figure that anticipates the transformation of its suburban context into a hub for creative industries. Designed to navigate the tension between permanence and change, Frame provides a resilient framework: flexible, open spaces that encourage synergies and remain adaptable to future needs and ambitions.
The project’s formal presence asserts the company’s visibility on its site while staying open and accessible to the city and its inhabitants. Situated within a diverse and contrasting urban landscape, Frame transforms this ambiguity into a distinctive architectural identity, subtly redefining the boundary between city and suburb.
Organized around the coexistence of multiple programs, the building is designed with a clear spatial rationality. The media house unfolds as a sequence of open floors, offering flexibility and the capacity to evolve over time. Circulation, placed at the periphery in two distinct cores, ensures efficient distribution and differentiated access to the floors according to activity. This organizational logic establishes an optimal balance between spatial efficiency, constructive rationality, and programmatic diversity.
