Three new volumes by architect Peter Zumthor are currently taking shape Fondation Beyeler in Riehen:
– A monolithic exhibition building with a rammed concrete façade.
– A low-rise pavilion blending into the landscape.
– A timber and glass service building with a light, floating roof structure.
The architecture reflects Zumthor’s signature material sensitivity and spatial clarity. These images offer a glimpse into the construction process.
