Recently completed transformation of the Leopoldkazerne, a disused military barracks into a 43,000m2 mixed use development in Ghent, with a view to opening the site up to the city. Our work, together with @360architecten included establishing the main offices of the Provincial Administration of East Flanders, with offices, auditorium, café and Council Chamber.
