An update on our Bötzow Brewery project in Berlin.
You can now take a look at the façades of the two new buildings on the former brewery site, as the scaffolding has recently been removed.
The pre-cast concrete elements provide an external load-bearing structure, allowing for a flexible, coulmn-free floor plan for the office spaces.

Stampfenbachstrasse Office Building in Zurich, Switzerland.
Construction has started on a new office building on Stampfenbachstrasse in central Zurich. The building, for multinational insurance company AXA, houses around 4,000 square meters of office space over seven floors.
Central to the design is the use of the existing natural stone façade, which is currently being removed, and will be reused as a floor covering for both inside and outside spaces. The design will also increase the green space in the building’s highly urban context, with large-scale green roofs and plant troughs on both sides of the building; rainwater will be stored in tanks and used to irrigate the intensive planting.
