Atelier Kempe Thill has recently won an invited competition for a new office building for Magna in Hamburg. The new office tower is situated next to the Airbus factory in Finkenwerder and will be part of Hamburg’s famous Elbe waterfront in direct spatial interaction with the Jenischpark, the Gorch-Fockpark and the river.

The very compact building is set up around one central core and offers very flexible offices units for rent. Part of the design is the transformation of an existing harbour building of the former “Deutsche Werft” from the post-war period that will be transformed into a more public facility.
