Baukunst and Bruther winners of a competition solved in 2016 by the Paris-Saclay urban development corporation to design a student residence and a convertible public car park on the Paris-Saclay campus.
Located in the heart of the Ecole Polytechnique district, as part of the Master Plan drawn up by the team of Xaveer De Geyter Architects in collaboration with the landscape architect Michel Desvignes, the project opts for a mixed overlay of programmes within an inhabited structure to allow the versatility and reversibility of uses.
