The clean-cut building volumes are characterised by horizontal window bands made of black, ceramic- looking photovoltaic panels. Its rectangular footprint interpolates with the building structure of the overall street geometry. Towards the fragmented block edge on Limmatstrasse, a quiet, intimate inner courtyard is created while a passage reminding on industrial halls arises between the buildings. The entire depth of the property is capitalized and networks with its surrounding to its maximum.
The height development anchors the buildings to the site.
The interior world of the high-rise building is based on flexible and flowing room configurations. Two naturally lit stairwells give access to all floors. All the apartments are oriented towards two or three sides.
