The project was a complete refurbishment of a building in the Poblesec neighborhood in Barcelona. The project included the total refurbishment of the building including structural and technical installations. We redesigned the vertical circulation block (Staircases) adding a lift and distributing the apartments in a way that could maximize flexibility and light. The building renovation included a basement floor, an internal patio and 5 floors for a total of 600sqm.
