OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen has won the competition for the new Library of Sint Martens Latem, Belgium. In OFFICE’s design the library is conceived as a circular perimeter of bookcases, clad in brick, supporting a gabled roof. A central ‘reading garden’, open for the community, forms the heart of the project.
