The urban planning concept is based on the analysis of the surroundings and the agricultural cultural landscape of Dübendorf. The building complex consists of two residential courtyards that open towards Sonnental and Industriestrasse, and it is further developed into a generous, asymmetrical H-shape through the central structure – the Orangerie.
