Property located between Avenida da Liberdade and Praça da Alegria served as a residence for the Keil family until the middle of the 20th century. Expanded in 1888 as a residential building. Le projet est situé sur une parcelle du nouveau quartier Nancy Grand Cœur, à l’angle de la rue Charles III et du boulevard de l’Insurrection de Varsovie. Il marque une entrée dans la « Ville Neuve » en créant un effet de symétrie relative avec les immeubles de bureaux réalisés sur la Place des Justes par Eduardo Souto Moura. Il est ouvert coté Sud et Est sur le Parc des Sœurs de Saint – Charles. A l’ouest, il s’ouvre vers le Quai Vert et le plateau de la Foret de Haye. Continue reading SOUTO MOURA
