This ambitious regeneration project for a town centre site in Harrow comprises 940 new homes, a school, shops, workspaces and new public realm. Sergison Bates, Stephen Taylor architects and Allies and Morrison have developed a masterplan of compact streets and pedestrian lanes. Winning competition design to redevelop a 10,000m2 industrial site ‘Arbon 2020’ in the centre of Arbon, on Lake Constance in Switzerland. Sergison Bates’s proposal will create a new urban block with an area of approximately 30,000m2 comprising of a large area of retail space on the ground floor, an elevated courtyard on the first floor with four tower elements in the corners providing for offices and housing uses.
