The showroom in the lower ground floor is part of the residential and commercial building in Zurich, which was renovated in 2016 and also houses six 3.5-room apartments and an art gallery on the ground floor.
As part of the renovation work, the basement is converted into a showroom and the roof of the former storage is replaced. Within the existing building lines, a new roof with skylights will be created which adapts to the course of the Ampèrestrasse. The formerly undersigned urban situation with a lowering of the terrain opposite the intersection Ampère / Breitensteinstrasse will be clarified and increases the surrounding. Continue reading idA

On the east end of Wetzikon on a sloping south plot, two multi-family houses with 3 flats each realized. While the eastern structure sits directly on the street, maintaining the minimum distances, the western moves away from it and merge into the depths of the plot. This setting minimizes the overlapping area of the two square volumes and ensures optimal alignment of both buildings. This space between defines the mirror axis of the ensemble. Continue reading idA

The living and business house was built in 1893 and accommodates six 3.5-room apartments, an art gallery in the ground floor and a motorcycle workshop in the basement.
The dwelling levels are fully refurbished. The formerly North and street orientated living-/dining room is now facing the quiet south. The floor plan, which was divided into small sections with entrée, bathroom and kitchen, is now dissolved. A new infrastructure box with bathroom and kitchen is added and is spliting the loft like room in entrance, living and dining area. Continue reading idA
