The property in the municipality of Wörthsee is located at an intersection and features two outbuildings along with the Kirchenwirt, which dates back to 1904. Eine Obstbaumwiese im Süden, alter Baumbestand im Westen, wie in einem Park liegt die neue Grundschule in Haidhausen. Der Baukörper entwickelt sich aus einem sechseckigen Grundriss. Das Satteldach verläuft über die Mittelachse in Nordsüdrichtung. Markant sind die versetzt liegenden Einschnitte in das Raumvolumen. Das Gebäude stellt sich damit einerseits als klassisches Schulhaus dar und lässt aber andererseits mit der Grundrissaufteilung den pädagogischen Ansatz – das Lernhauskonzept – erkennen.
