The former Robotron building between Lothringer Str. and Bruno-Salzer Str. in Chemnitz was repurposed for the storage of around 7.5 kilometers of documents from the former district administration for State Security in Karl-Marx-Stadt. The 2-story building from the 1960s is located in close proximity to the Saxon State Archives and houses not only the proper storage of archive materials but also associated administrative areas.
