Darlington is a small school located on the fringe of the city of Sydney, near Redfern and vibrant and cosmopolitan Newtown. A sequence of linear brick forms related to the masonry residential and industrial setting, accommodates flexible learning space, hall and support spaces, while a fluid, organic series of movement and gathering spaces accommodate within a curvilinear perforated metal screen related to the outdoor play and gardens.
