The row houses on Stockmattstrasse are located behind Bruggerstrasse, which serves as a connecting road between Baden and Turgi following the Limmat River. Some commercial uses give the street the character of a strip. As part of Kappelerhof, the building complements the anonymous structure of a residential neighborhood consisting of row houses, single-family homes, and apartment blocks. Many families live here.
