Two Social housing units . Artá

This multi-family building consisting of two homes, located on C/Vinya in the old town of Artá, was developed from a meticulous prior study of the existing structure, which was built in a traditional manner over 100 years ago and was in a state of ruin. The project for these two Official Protection Housing units focused on the REUSE of everything that could be salvaged, giving it a new life and avoiding significant alterations.
