The public space is construct by the encounter of individualities, a place where the confrontation of things happens. Things understood as human and non-human elements, artificial and natural phenomena.
The architecture is a landscape of contingency where the relation of those things generates the public space.
More than a landscape of events the building is a landscape of opportunities where the architecture is the frame in which the contingency of the public occurs and things interrelate.
