The project is presented as timeless, primitive architecture. two sheets of concrete rise from the rock and cantilever over the ocean. From the ruin located at the top of the cliff, one descends via a staircase set into the rock to the concrete slab on which the entire architecture rests. The shelter finds space where really nature seems to have already configured it with wind erosion on the cliff. There is no distinction between outdoor and indoor spaces, the shelter of the living spaces is given only by a flat roof anchored to the rock. Continue reading David Cirocchi

The design is presented as a concrete tower developed strongly vertically. The entrance is a minimal crack in the wall and leads to a cold stairwell lit only by a vertical slit that accompanies it up to the top floor where one enters the shelter.
