Como preexistencias nos encontramos con un piso de los años sesenta en estado ruinoso. Nos interesaba conservar el ambiente, pero una vez que se cambian suelos y se refuerzan estructuras, es muy difícil atrapar esos fantasmas que uno se encuentra al entrar en este tipo de pisos.
