The building is divided into two volumes forming an L, one oriented E-W, and the other N-S. El proyecto demuestra la viabilidad de incorporar estructuras a compresión en proyectos de vivienda como principal medida para disfrutar de inercia térmica y refrescar en verano mediante una envolvente lo más pesada posible y con la menor huella de carbono.
