In this mixed-use area, community gardens and railway tracks characterize the northern section, while heterogeneous developments shape the urban landscape to the east. A large sports complex extends to the south of the site. On a neighborhood level, there is a noticeable trend toward enclosing the perimeter blocks, a tendency reinforced by developments in recent years.
