The rehabilitation of the Siemens Building in Vigo addresses the need to adapt the facilities to the functional requirements of a marine research center. The project is located within the former ETEA complex in the Teis neighborhood, a site characterized by its coastal proximity and the urban guidelines set by the Sectorial Plan for Territorial Management. The intervention integrates the existing building with a newly constructed autonomous volume, designed to house wet laboratories and the most demanding technical areas of the program.
