This one-storey house, that was built for a couple, is an angled building of exposed brick construction with the largest glazed areas facing towards the southwest and opening onto a terrace and towards the Obersee. After the war the house was repeatedly altered. Since 1962, it was used for the GDE Ministry for State Security. Today it is an exhibition and meeting center for artists and architects.
