2001 releases some images of 3 stage (lost) competition proposal with OFFICE KGDVS and MICHEL DESVIGNE PAYSAGISTE, for the redevelopment of the former social security headquarters in Luxembourg-city.
The paradigm shifting project extends the larger landscape structure, in order to strengthen, the green and blue network, throughout the City of Luxembourg.

By limiting soil sealing, encouraging air movement between buildings, and maximizing the presence of vegetation on each lot, the project aims to achieve an ambitious bioclimatic approach, to meet the challenges of climate change, and global warming.
A continuous landscape, offering full soil vegetation, binds the development. Ground floor dwellings and functions, hence benefit from a gradient of public, common, and private natural areas.
