The former single family home was undergoinig an extension – both in space and units.
After refurbing the building from 1936 and adding a timber cube – the house was divided into three autonomous units.
ALL BLACK
The colour of te existing building, the name of the street – Schwarzstraße, as well the family’s name leaded to an extension in the colour black.
Now three levels form three more or less the same sqm’s in every apartment.
The downstairs garden apartment, the groundfloor apartment and a upperfloor apartment with a sky terrace.
