Start on site for the refurbishment and extension to an early C20th workers cottage on the outskirts of Dublin City in Ireland.
The original semi-detached body is reappropriated as a dormitory block with an enfilade of living spaces, distinguished by distinct volumes and gardens pushed out from the rear facade through the void created by the removal of the original central stair.
