The 12-storey Berliininpiha is the new neighbourhood’s tallest building and a landmark.
The unfussy mass of Berliininpiha hides behind the sculptural lines of the walls. The design of the building and the spacing of the balconies maximises the views of the park and the bay from its apartments and balconies.
The floor plans consist of clean-lined spaces that enable a diverse and changing use of furniture. The shared sauna and lounge with its fireplace add luxury to living.
