Located near the old port area of Tel Aviv, the new Obumex showroom has been designed to evoke the feel and intimacy of a home.
Replacing the multiple kitchen installations of conventional showrooms is a layout organised around a single kitchen, a living space with library shelves and a dining room. Throughout, items of Danish furniture sit naturally alongside a bench and coffee table created for the project by John Pawson and a curation of other Pawson designs, including the Cocoon kitchen tap and column basin, Wonderglass pendant lights and pieces from When Objects Work.
