They are stitched and sanded to return to the original material.
Furniture made using a mason’s rule in aluminum furnishes the new space.
Some are fixed to accommodate the kitchen and Murphy beds.
Other mobiles slide on rails to change the layout of the apartment.
An aluminum heated floor allows thermal regulation of the new apartment.

Un appartement est purgé des aménagements réalisés à différentes époques. Les murs porteurs partitionnent l’appartement en deux pièces . Ils sont piqués et sablés pour revenir au matériau d’origine. Des meubles réalisés en règle de maçon en aluminium aménagent le nouvel espace. Certains sont fixes pour accueillir la cuisine et des lits escamotables. D’autres mobiles, coulissent sur des rails pour faire évoluer les dispositions de l’appartement. Un sol chauffant en aluminium permet la régulation thermique du nouvel appartement.
