Set on a triangular plot rich with trees and defined by two rocky hills, this house is positioned dramatically on a cliff, with a large overhang that creates a sense of suspension above the landscape. The design is anchored by an abstract, rectangular form that avoids any modification of the existing topography.
The house’s layout centers around an expansive, open social space that serves as the heart of the home. Large windows blur the boundary between interior and exterior, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. In this central area, the kitchen island, dining table, and seating are all aligned along a central axis, fostering interaction and a natural flow between spaces.
The terrace surrounding the building offers an additional layer of connection to nature, providing ample space for outdoor living while taking full advantage of the stunning, elevated position.
