The project enters its next phase of development, continuing to shape a dense, urban residential environment. Public spaces and ground-level activities connect to the larger quarter. A slender concrete structure reduces CO2 emissions by approximately 40%, while sponge city roofs support water retention and biodiversity across all surfaces.
