Towers B and C each exhibit a unique interpretation of the hexagonal form established by the existing Lonza high-rise. This approach allows for distinctive volumes that complement the landmark building without overshadowing it.
Each tower develops its own unique character, yet collectively, they form a harmonious architectural ensemble.
The design incorporates cantilevered balconies, which not only enhance the visual appeal but also minimize the building’s footprint on the site, allowing for greater flexibility in the overall design.·
