Planning permission for a new project – a garden building of 29 apartments set in the former orchard of a previous 19th Century villa just off Fitzjohn’s Avenue in Hampstead, close by our mansion block project.
With no real front or back the building has a rotational character adjusting to the location of existing trees and presenting gables to multiple sides and loggias as deep, shaded outside rooms. The brick walls detailed as fabric, flat but deeply textured, like a clay vessel.
